Scalerr started working with Triptease when the business raised $7m in Series-A, had a few customers in APAC but without anybody on the ground. Triptease now has over 1,000 clients in APAC, with Asia being their best performing region globally.

Scalerr began working with Foundr in 2020. The business had been going through a period of unprecedented growth and needed to build a Senior Leadership Team which would enable continued growth. We worked with Nathan to craft a strategy that he was comfortable with that would enable the business to continue growing and enable a leadership structure that would enable him to play to his strengths. Since that point we have continually worked with Foundr to deliver this strategy and have helped build new business offerings, new to business teams as well as growing all aspects of the business.

Scalerr began working with ChefPrep prior to the acquisition of CoLab in 2021. The business was about to expand from its original Sydney operations to cover Melbourne as well before looking at international expansion. Since the start of our engagement ChefPrep/CoLab now covers both Melbourne and Sydney and has raised additional funding through introductions made by Scalerr in addition to their own contacts. We provided a full Organisational Design Service as well as talent acquisition and consultancy services.

Scalerr began working with Deel in early 2021 assisting the company as it grew from $2b valuation & 100 staff to a $12b valuation with over 1300 team members, helping Deel expand operations into 5 new regions.

Scalerr began working with Voly in October 2021, in their 3rd month of operation, in the run up to their Seed Round in Dec 2021. This round raised $13Million USD and was led by Sequoia. Scalerr provided organisation design and talent acquisition services in addition to consultancy. In the run up to the seed round we worked with the founders to documentation around headcount growth, budgeting and hiring timelines to help them secure the best valuation possible. We then delivered on that organisational design with key hires across all levels of the business from Senior Leadership Team to Entry Level roles.

Scalerr worked with Datorama to scale their presence in Asia. With an initial $3m in funding, Scalerr worked with Datorama over a 3 year period in which another $47m was raised and 3 key regions in Asia were opened - Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. Datorama was later sold to Salesforce for $1B.
